Johan Potma hand paints all his artwork. This medium makes the Advertising industry often shy to use him due to short deadlines and the need for quick changes to be made faster than it takes paint to dry. However, Sydney agency Ward 6 knew exactly what they wanted their new campaign for UV Sunblock to look like and had the courage to work within Johan's timings.
The tone of the character that UV needed was perfect for Johan with its brave irreverant headlines. As soon as we read the heasdlines and the client began to describe the type of personality that would be able to deliver them we knew why Johan was being chosen. And we couldn't have been happier for being able to watch him work in his element.
