The Drawing Book // Latest Campaigns & News

October 21, 2008

Right now the Australian cricket team is locked in it's second match with India in the extremely high strung series in Bangalore stadium. The creative team at 3 Drunk Monkeys knew from the start that this series was going to be an entertaining one. The last show down between Australia and India was intense with rivally rocketing to a whole new level. And with this rivalry carrying over into the current series came the promise of not-to-be-missed theatrics and performances from the game's characters.

The combination of theatrics and characters lent the series to Bollywood style imagery for promotions. Problems soon arose as traditionally Bollywood imagery was always painted traditionally and the timings for the campaign were tight and there was a demand for the imagery to be spread across a myriad of different media sizes. So 3 Drunk Monkeys called Drawing Book asking for a solution.

The solution was digital painter Gerad Taylor.
