DRAW TO SCORE - Terms & Conditions
1. ABOUT THE PROMOTER
The promoter of the “Draw to Score” Creative Competition (the competition) is Drawing Book Studios, in conjunction with Wacom Australia and Adobe Systems Pty Ltd
2. USER AGREEMENT
By entering the competition you are deemed to have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
3. ENTRANT ELIGIBILITY
By entering this competition you warrant that you:
(a) Are residing in Australia
(b) Are an individual and not a company or organisation
4. ENTRANT REQUIREMENTS
a) Create an illustration/ short animation/ artwork
b) Record & explain your process using photos and/or video
c) Upload your project including process & final art to Behance tagged with #drawtoscore
d) Post the link to the Facebook event page tagged with #drawtoscore
First prize in the competition will be Cintiq 13HD (RRP $1199) with a 12 month subscription to Creative Cloud (valued at $599.88)
Second prize will be Intuos Pro medium (RRP $449) with a 12 month subscription to Creative Cloud (valued at $599.88)
Third Prize will be Intuos Art (RRP $149) with a 12 month subscription to Creative Cloud (valued at $599.88)
Total prize value is $3596.64
Prizes are not transferable. No component of the prize can be redeemed for cash. In the event that any component of the prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to provide a similar product to the same value as the original prize, subject to any applicable laws or written directions made under applicable legislation. The Promoter may, at its discretion, refuse to award a prize to any entrant who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
6. DURATION OF THE COMPETITION
The promotion will commence January 29th 2016 and close 29th February 2016.
Finalists will be notified by Facebook, email or phone.
Entries to the competition must be received by 11.59pm on 29 February 2016. The winners will be announced on 7 March 2016.
7. COMPETITION PROCESS
Entry into the competition is free.
Any music and images used must be appropriately credited/acknowledged. All music & images used must be accompanied with the appropriate permissions and clearances. All music and images must be original, permitted or copyright-free. It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure they do not infringe (including but not limited to) the copyright or intellectual property of another
person, group or entity. Music and images on the web cannot be used without first obtaining the appropriate permission from the owner. If an entrant obtains permission from the copyright owner to use copyrighted music or images, evidence of such permission must be provided to the Promoter (see the competition flyer for more details).
The competition winner will be selected by a panel determined by the Promoter and will be based on the creativity, relevance and originality of the entry. The panel’s decision will be final and no further correspondence will be entered into. The names of the prize winners will be published on the Facebook event and the Promoter’s website.
8. OWNERSHIP OF VIDEO
All content submitted to Draw to Score will remain under the ownership of the entrant, however by submitting your video to the contest, you hereby grant Drawing Book Studios, Wacom and Adobe Systems Pty Ltd unlimited usage to share the video – credit will always be given to the artist.
